Hi! My name is Maria, and I’m a People and Culture leader with over 8 years of experience building up my expertise in People and Culture. I’ve worked with large and small companies providing me with a breadth of experience.

My why

Since 2015, I’ve immersed myself in the vibrant world of technology, specifically Visual Effects. My goal is to support people and companies to take on the challenges they face.

I help People leaders get laser focused on what is important, and provide a roadmap for them to discover the why and how to do it.

I am passionate about getting to know new people and processes. I am committed to hard work, creating trust and providing a straightforward approach to solving problems. I approach situations with curiosity, and believe in a coaching mindset when it comes to problem solving.
